Anyone else experiencing consistent led failures on these lights?

I had one half of strip go out when they first came out with 3w diodes. Have the 5wt diodes and no issues.
These lights are fan-less and I dont think they do well without ventilation

Yikes- I have not known them to replace a second time but still contact them and see what resolution they offer

Bar was purchased July 12, 2022. Response from Orphek:

"We acknowledge that your unit was acquired in 2022, thus being over a year old. I would like to assure you that even beyond the warranty period, our commitment to customer satisfaction remains steadfast. In light of this, we are prepared to provide you with a brand new OR 150 Blue Plus LED bar, excluding the power supply.

It has come to our attention that when a single LED ceases to function, it can potentially impact up to 50% of the other LEDs. We kindly request that you retain the defective bar, as it is possible to effect an upgrade by simply replacing the LED PCB at a reasonable cost."
