You orpheks should be higher and nitrates should be at least detectable.

It’s hard to see from your pics, but I don’t see any coraline algae. How old is the tank?
i moved so i had to move all the water and everything into buckets to get into my new place, but it’s been here up and running for around 4 months, and at the last place around 6 months

It appears in your pic I can see individual colors on the sandbed
This is from being to close to the surface Raise them to 12-14" and observe effect.
you can also spread them apart to cover the tank better.
Yea i’ll try to raise them and see if it does any better. Appreciate the help

Only orphek bars , it’s not the lights I would work on adding more nitrate / biodiversity as others have said

What corals do you have? Which ones have you lost and what are you using for flow?
There are a lot of ways to lose corals and your lights may nothe problem. You're brand new to the hobby and your tank is new and it's a nano tank. Small tanks are more difficult to maintain stability than larger tanks so it's going to be a challenge. Instead of trying to do SPS and LPS right off the bat why don't you consider easier, more forgiving corals like leathers, mushrooms zoa's? Once you get some success with those then move on to more challenging ones.

Yea that is a good idea starting with soft. Since i’m already halfway through my acclimation for my single coral maybe I stop and test par and try to get lower par on the bottom of my tank and mid par on the top to eventually branch into lps up there when i get better?

Do you have a recent ICP Test?

In my case, I was using a wavemaker from hsbao and it was leaking tin and aluminum (heavy metals).

This is the tank and the parameters are
0.1 phosphate
1290 magnesium
400 calcium
7 Alk
8.2 pH
0 nitrates

I have noticed on some of the rocks they are like darker green than the other parts, maybe the light is a lot stronger in some areas?
That's pretty cool looking. I must admit!

That is your problem. Nitrates can not be 0

Your tank looks very new. You need nitrates. Email Tommy at Orphek and tell him what you have for the tank, the lights you have, and what you want to keep in this tank. He will tell you what you need and how high to set those lights. I am using x6 Icon 150s over my 170 gal with the Osix controller, and they are making my tank grow.
