What do you use them for? I have some in the garage but haven't even thought of using them for my aquarium.

Mostly for holding hoses when doing water changes, but also to hold things in place. Hold my RO waste line in place down the drain so it doesn't accidentally come out, etc. The mostly metal ones rust too easy.

Battlebrushes!!! Honestly, I didn't know what I was missing out on until I got one of these with my Battlecoral order. Definitely a nice tool to have :)

Haha yeah, Adam over at Battlecorals has a whole story about his father in law giving him boxes of these gun cleaning brushes and he started shipping them with orders because he thought they were the perfect brush. Eventually, he (or someone) dubbed it a battlebrush since he shipped them out to people when they would order corals from him.

Hm... Couple of good ideas on here. I've got a bunch of clamps, plastic and otherwise... I do some woodworking, gotta have clamps. Never even thought to use one to hold a hose in place temporarily. Oh, to hold hoses on a permanent basis, try http://printedreefingsolutions.com/

Gun cleaning brushes? I've got a cabinet full. Most of them are coated in gun cleaner or oil, but for certain things, I can see how well they'd work.

Blower fan? Well, hopefully not something I'd ever need for my aquarium, but mine came in real handy when the water heater broke :p

Keep 'em coming :)

Excel is where it's at and then you can nerd out and plot graphs. Who needs an apex when you can do it manually. lol

I too like to nerd out from time to time and plot graphs. It's been a while since I've done it actually and need to return to doing so. It's pretty easy to see what's going on in a tank, based upon tracking when water changes, feedings, new additions, etc happen. When levels are plotted out over time and then a sudden level spikes or plummets, there's a great reference as to what has happened or not happened (lack of water changes for example) recently that may be the cause of the issue.
