Sometimes fish of that shape get marks from rubbing against the rocks at night while sleeping. Any chance the Foxface is leaning against those corals and getting stung?

Sometimes fish of that shape get marks from rubbing against the rocks at night while sleeping. Any chance the Foxface is leaning against those corals and getting stung?

I have noticed he sleeps against the rocks at night so definitely a possibility. Although if you checkout the pictures I feel like the dots are in different places from the day before
