These are in my tank was told reef worms anybody tell me are they good or bad or what the heck they are. Tank has been running for over 20 yrs it’s growing its own live rock.

You talking polyps or white looking dots. If dots are on stalks, could be a type of hydroid. If nothing else on rock and you are concerned I’d pull rock out of tank just to be safe. But chances are if they are that wide spread they will be others. Hard to tell in pic

In the pictures it looks like the start of green hair algae or dinos. Is it green or is it a brownish color?
