I was thinking 15 gallons
I did the freshwater dip, she definitely had more more energy this time and was harder to catch. There was a small amount of debris on the bottom of the tank that got stirred up and got into the freshwater container when I transferred her so I'm not 100% certain if I saw flukes in there or not. It looked like it was possible though. It really stressed her out this time, I've turned off the lights so she can calm down.Ok then yes I would check for flukes. The other plus is even if you don’t see flukes and he stops flashing after the dip then you’ll know it’s most likely a parasite and not just irritation.

I would like to say thank you to each and every one of you. This really has been an amazing experience and I really hope everything continues in the right direction for these poor little fishFellow R2R members and @Mjrenz
I want to give a shout out to the following R2R members for joining in with me to secure the purchase of this set up to assist Matt and his family with a better place to enjoy the tangs in their regained health!
@JBKReef
@Dolelo96
@Robb1414
@tdlawdo
@Seadoc
All the others that are continuing to offer up equipment in this endeavor!
Joe at Fish World in VA for helping to connect us up with this nice setup.
And also we should recognize all the R2R people on this thread, including BOTH the official and unofficial Reefsquad that have continued to offer assistance in many ways including kinds words support!
And of course Matt for showing us all that a large heart and supportive family can accomplish an almost impossible task!
I could fit a 20 long, that is great of you to offer!I have a credit for Petco that would cover 1 tank, but your store is out of the 15. They do have 20’s. Looks like one is long and the other is short (can’t find the specs). Dont know if that’s too big
I can do that, they're only about 15 minutes from my houseCan you pick it up at the store? I can order online, but has to be picked up in store
That is so sadJust saw another thread about a fish that was a gift from Petco that died :(

I thought I had a grasp on husbandry until I joined this forum, everyone here has taught me so much. Not just about husbandry but also that there still are a lot of good people in the world willing to lend a helping handThank you Mjrenz for showing me (a complete beginner in this hobby), what exceptional husbandry is.

Do you think I should do another fwd this evening, maybe after doing a good vacuuming in the tank? Also, do you think I should order some fenbendazole to have just incase?If he no longer flashes then you’ll know if it is flukes still. The shorter 3 hour 2nd dose may not have been enough to finish them off. Let me know.

So far I haven't seen any more flashingI would wait to see the results of last nights FW dip, is he currently flashing or did it stop? I’m not sure you’ll need fenbendazole but you may need to re dose your Prazi treatments
