What is DL label on the plug? Babies I can live with it, but newborn that won't open up is starting to annoy me. Right now I'm looking for the vivid rainbow, sunny d, king midas,purple of death, rainbow lunar and super lunar. What is the difference between rainbow lunar and super lunar? On the rainbow lunar picture which one is it "orange one or the other one"? I think the seller should advertise that they are selling babies or newborn. My captain america suppose to be a paly is smaller then my regular zoa. Same thing with my rastas and jendubs they are so small "like a 1 month old baby" My jendub that is suppose to be four have 3 babies and a newborn that can even see yet. I'm sorry to say this about the seller, but you know that this are babies. You should have said something. I know your pack is very good in price, but for some of us the high end stuff is what got us sold thinking that we will be able to see them without using a microscope or waiting for them to fully develop.

I am sorry you are not happy with your pack. Please check your water parameters and see if it might be the cause of he polyp not opening. We would have no problems fixing the situation but there was never any picture sent to us or never even a PM to us. This is the only time we knew you had a problem. We clearly stated in our homepage that we will gladly take care of any DOA claim. But its been almost 2 days in your system now. How did u acclimate? what are your water parameters? whats your lighting?

And About the polyps being babies and newborn. I dont know what to tell you. Jendubs are just small species. They are like tubs blue, goblin fires, and many of the deepwater species that are naturally small polyps. Just a quick google of this should answer any question about thier size. I think it would be kinda hard for us to cut 3 babies and 1 newborn for you even if we tried.

I did not pm you because I don't know if they are going to b doa, I'm still hoping they will open up. I posted here as soon as I got them. The jendub is on one piece and you counted the newborn as a polyp. You have to admit I'm not the only one who got baby frag. What would you say about the other polyp are they not babies. I'm not here to here to say bad stuff about you, I'm just making a comment on what I got. I even said on my first post after I got it that some have extras, but unfortunately that's not what I wAs looking for. I think my parameters are ok.

To answer your question above.. I believe you mean OL thats Orange lunars. we wrote it on the frag plug so we don't mixed them up.. And to your other questions ..... im really confused what you are trying to ask or to why you are confused about the listing .. i thought they are clearly Named right above each picture ... PM me if u have any other questions.

Because on that picture there is two kind, thats why i'm asking. For your future customer write it on the bottom of the plug, i don't think they want to look at that. By the way one of the babby dis appeared and never even get to c it open up. It's a single polyp aslo so there goes one of the good one. I'm inviting R2R and RC member that live in sacramento to take a look on what i got and post back here.

Am with pilyo143 with this, Ive seen the frags and some of its very hard to identify. Its look like all stress out . The chalices looks like its dying. Freshly cuts frags doesnt do good on shipping. I usually tell the seller to heal it first before shipping.

Both tyree red are healed for a month and the keylime is healed for 1 week. I dont get why he didnt follow correct procedures to get a replacement or store credit. All he needs to do is follow our policy and send a picture of DOA and we will replace it .. with no questions asked. I have yet to see any pics. And its been 4 days. Too late now.

Well i do have to agree with pilyo143 with this one. I order a lot of corals online and never ever recieved a zoa/paly so small in size. For the captain america, i have seen and own one and never seen a polyp so small like the one he has.

I posted here the status when I got it. I didn't complain about DOA because it wasn't DOA they where to small to open up, how can i complain and follow that procedure for replacement or credit when i don't even know what they are. The markings are all smeared on the bag. Thats why i waited a couple days for it to open up, but no luck. You won't even admit that they were babies in the first place. As of this afternoon i have lost two single polyp that i don't even know what they are. It just disapperead (melted died or whatever). I'm still waiting for two single polyp to open up. I'm hoping that they will be the sunny d and rainbow.

As far as challice i think that they will come around.I'm more ****** off at my zoo and paly.

Thanks prince916 for confirming the size of what I got. Are you still gonna deny that they are babies. All the high end polyp are babies or newborn. I think that was part of the problem that we have here you shipped me baby and newborn and the buyer end up waiting for it to open and time lapse. Customer should enjoy them after spending their hard earned $$$, not worry about whether they're gonna open or die after the time have lapse. Especially with this economy.

I will update you guys later on the status of the rest. And everybody is still welcome to look on what I got from sexycoral.

I would give it some time man. You have to realize some zoas are small, others can take up to 2 weeks to open, I have a Joker Paly that I bought several months ago from another vendor that is still really tiny and that one took 3 weeks from the date I bought it to open.

Rather than beating the hell out of a vendor (remember they are reef fanboys just like you and me), you should take the pictures and alert them to a "potential" issue. I do this on a semi regular basis. Good communication starts with pictures. These guys invest a lot into being able to sell corals, them asking for evidence should be expected.

I have bought similar zoas and palys from SC and have been very happy with my purchase. Infact I am scared to think of just how much money I have spend at SC :xd:. I think that you will find he is equal to or better than many others out there.

I lost two single baby polyp and two baby polyp (they they just disappeared, melted, die or whatever). I'm only waiting for one polyp now, half way open just can't Id it yet. Could be rainbow or sunny D. I'm sure that I lost the king midas, tubbs of blue "don't care much"and either the sunny d or rainbow which ever the half way open turns out to be.

I'm happy for you guys that got your order right. Mine are just two little. I invite people to take a look on what I got and they bought agree that they are too little. Maybe we are just spoiled here in California, that we are not use to seing babies being consider a polyp.

As far as picture goes i can't take pictures of what is gone. Pictures can be deceiving also. That why I invited people here in R2R and RC to take a look at it, to proove my point that they are babies. Actually everybody is invited to take a look at it.

I am sorry that your corals did not meet your expectations, but I think you may be missing the point. All businesses have a policy on returns or damaged merchandise. With coral vendors, most of the time they ask that you send them a picture of the corals in question within a certain timeframe. Once they get the pictures from you they now must determine what they are going to do to make it right.

From what I saw you really didn't give SC a chance to respond to your issue because they did not have any pictures to go by. Instead you immediately came on this thread and started bashing SC for the corals you received. You should always PM the vendor privately with your complaint or question and let them work with you. Mike and Annette have been very responsive so far, so I don't see why they wouldn't have worked with you to resolve the issue. If the vendor does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, then you have the right to go public. Now 4-5 days have passed and it sounds like they still don't have any pictures to go by and now they are limited in what they can do because so much time has passed.

I would be upset too if I spent $250 on frags and they were all baby polyps. Some polyps are big and some are small. Macro pictures can be deceiving since they make every polyp look like the size of a quarter. I have many different sized polyps, so I know when I get new frags they are going to be different size and shapes. I am in no way saying that you didn't get baby polyps, I am just pointing out that they can be really different sizes. From the pictures that korndogg091 posted, they look like adult polyps and what I would expect.

Vendors can never improve their business unless customers let them know their concerns privately and constructively. I would be willing to bet that SC reassesses their shipping process based on all the bags leaking this time and determine if a change needs to be made.

I am scheduled to receive my pack on Wednesday and if the polyps look like what korndogg091 got I will very pleased. If there is anything I am not happy about I will be sure to contact SC privately first and let them resolve it before considering to going public with my concerns.

I am not questioning your integrity, but just offering some suggestions on how to handle the situation next time.

I oredered from SC awhile back and my ordered got delayed in shipping and ended up getting to me a day late. Everything came in alive but looked bad so I sent a email SC replyed in mins. Said wait a bit to see how they do over the next couple days I lost most of them. Email (sent pics)again SC was on top of it and went ahead and cut me replacements. Im getting them this week. They have done nutting but take care of me. They have some of the best communtion Ive came arcoss. They have all ways answered my email/pm in a very short time and have went out of there way to make sure I was happy.
So with that said if you have a problem you should Let them know asap as I know they will take care of you if you will give them a chance as they have me.
