I brought home a rusty angel from my lfs yesterday. Today she has 3 white spots on her head with what looks like a little tiny hair coming out of the middle of them. These are the best pictures I can get at the moment. Thanks for your help.

White, cottony/fibrous growths are often Lymphocystis. It's a harmless virus that usually presents when a fish is stressed due to illness, stress, poor water quality, etc.
