I posted a picture yesterday of little tiny white specs which I have pretty much determined are pods. I know they are good even though I probably have thousands of them floating around I would like to know is that normal in quantity and when will they diminish? I'm really not liking putting my hand in the tank!

Now the picture below I believe might be something other than a pod can someone please identify this??
if you zoom in you can see the skeletal system it's about an eighth of an inch long and among the thousands of tiny white specs there are a few of these guys.
Is it just the next phase of the pod growing up?
