How much do you need?Oh boy you are starting a trend now everyone wants the " very difficult to find and ridiculously thick walled silicon tubing" so yeah I will need it as well. Thanks
Shoot me a PM,Pedro hello I need one foot. Do you have a pay pal account?
Shoot me a PM,
Yes, I still have and can sell and ship. FYI I just replaced the original SS clips from Abyzz with plastic ones from BRS. The SS clips started rusting, found after Triton test showed high iron. Not sure that's what it was, but the plastic ones seem to be working just fine. I'll have to go back and look what I paid for the tubing. Will PM you.@PedroYoung
I need a foot too (maybe even a bit less) of the ridiculously hard-to-find 1.5" ID variety :), willing to sell and ship? LMK please.
Thanks!

Rev, I would use Silicone tube between the pump and the rigid PVC. This is normally the way it's done in Europe. You can plumb direct if you want. Usually the adaptors are in the box (at least mine did). If not contact Jeff at Abyzz America.

Got the pump plumbed into my plumbing that was already there. I will be taking time in the next few weeks to redo the plumbing and go with bigger PVC.
You live and hopefully you learn!

Originally used these marine grade SS clamps from Abyzz, but after a couple years they showed some rust so I swapped out with standard grab type clamps.

My sump is in the basement so tons of head pressure and never any issue with clamps

It was a real ordeal to get that tubing, ordered from Abyzz Germany about 6 years ago. I still have a couple feet left.
From what I found the inlet is 2 inch ID and the pipe is meant to slip over it so I can only assume you use a coupling. The out let is 1.6 ID and the pipe is supposed to slide into it 1 and 5/8 od . I don't have any 1 inch pvc to verify,Picked up an Abyzz 200 pump and the outlet size is as follows according to the spec sheet:
Inlet/outlet connections: 50mm/40mm
Now I assume that is the measurements for the outside and inside of the outlet. So if I plumb from the outside it puts the size at slight less that 2" and the inside at slightly more that 1.5".
I'm not sure what to do here. Thoughts?

My 1.5" pvc is way to small for the smallest sleeve
Strange someone said that the pipe dimensions have been changed I will call a dedicated plumbing outfit and check right now be backBTW you can see a little "ridge" around the outside but on the inside there is nothing to stop the plumbing from going all the way down next to the impeller and might even touch. A standard 1.5" piece of PVC I had is not real tight when I dry fit it. I would rather go on the outside.
Sorry About Inappropriate post. But I am wondering how you made out with the pump ?Picked up an Abyzz 200 pump and the outlet size is as follows according to the spec sheet:

I had to go to coralvu and order way way over priced metric to standard adapters, which reduce flow. They should make a replacement cover that is standard and fixes this issue. Very silly. BTW, DO NOT USE the clear replacement cover they offer as an upgrade. The tolerance for the reducers is different than the black. Ask me how I know… A400 @100% on a closed loop - can be unforgiving…BTW you can see a little "ridge" around the outside but on the inside there is nothing to stop the plumbing from going all the way down next to the impeller and might even touch.
