You’re on the right track with your plan. Using 1.25" from the COR 20 to the UV and then reducing to 1" makes sense, but downsizing further to 25mm might create restrictions. Larger pipes generally improve flow efficiency, but ensure your pump and flow meter match your needs.

Consider adding a manifold or separate pumps for better flow control through each component. Oversizing the COR pump can help, but balance is key to avoid diminishing returns. A 2" flow meter might also improve performance.
