Pods?

So this is my small fuge basket I keep in my rear chamber on the clear plastic are these small white dots all over when I look at them though they don't move there all over the plastic are they pods or are they like junk that's gettin built up I don't have any snails or anything in it I have all these particles in my water which is really annoying could it be a large abundance of pods

Yea this is just like white stuff on the plastic could it be the chaeto dying off

Probably not that , more than likely its just left over organic waste of some type nothing I'd worry over

Those are likely Spirorbid worms. They are harmless filter feeders.
