I’ve had this clown for two months now and it’s always hidden in the corner. I put it in a container to pair my clowns and noticed spots on it. It is super thin, lethargic, and refusing to eat. Thoughts, and treatment?

Need better pics with fish out in the open as its hard to see within an acclimation box. If brook is existing, you will notice fish will display lethargic behavior, loss of color, refusing to eat and heavy breathing from the mucus. Please post clearer pics
