Too large for ich and like a scrape injury which should heal on its own. Assure this fish is not scratching as they are susceptible to flukes

Yeah it likes to hide out in this really tight crack in my rockwork so i assume the scrape is from there. Should i try adjusting the rockwork so it'll stop going in there?

Not Ich. I have a Gramma about 2 years old now and he has had small whitish patch's just like that on his body. At least one maybe two. This seems to be common on these Fish and they never really seem to go away. At least the area on mine didn't. I may start as a scrape. Mine would like wedge into the smallest holes in my rock. They are very interesting, fierce little fish.

You can try that. I dont compare my fish with others as each fish has their own habits and Personalities and having at least 45 fish would be an all day comparison. Again, should heal on its own
