I just noticed my Two Spot Wrasse had white poop hanging off of her. I know this is typical of internal parasites. When she was in QT she went through 2 rounds of PraziPro. This was the best picture I could get.

The stringy part was almost invisible, it almost looked like she had swallowed a piece of hair and passed it. From the pictures I’ve seen online the parasite poop usually looks thicker. Anyone ever seen anything like this?

Do you feed mysis?
It will cause the same type of poop.

Yes, I do. That's a relief. I wasn't looking forward to either treating the DT or trying to catch her and put her back in QT. She seemed super stressed in the QT, she just paced all day. Since she's been in the DT she just cruises around the live rock pecking at stuff.

Keep an eye on it though. If it continues to happen it could still be parasites/worms.
Pretty common in wrasses and prazi in tank water won't cure it typically.
Not that hard to treat all fishes with medicated food together in the DT.
Mix 1 tablespoon of frozen food with 1 scoop of Seachem Focus and one scoop of API General Cure.
Let sit for 30 minutes, and then feed a meal's worth of the solids to the fish only as fast as they can eat it.
Once a day for 10 days.
