Possible issue with Naso

I would be putting brand new carbon in to help absorb any toxins out of the water to be covered on that basis. Who knows what the old carbon leached into the system....

The old carbon was in the QT. I did swap it out for new, but both fish are now out of that tank and into the DT. Cheers!

Whelp; no improvement. Looks even worse and is starting to not be able to swim against the flow of the power heads. I've taken him out and relocated him into a bucket. I figure the bucket is better than a 10g tank as it will allow him an easier time to hide. I've added some nori and live brine shrimp for the night and will feed a bit in the morning.

If possible, I'll try to find some live blackworms tomorrow.

Have you tried doing any baths? Any signs of stress besides not eating? Rubbing? Scratching? How do the eyes look? Any bumps or white specks?

No; no baths. Nope; no other signs. Eyes look alert. Or as alert as I would expect. I know that the fish is ick-free; it went through an entire TTM process without issues. I've seen no signs to concern me all along. The fish was eating in QT (when it was just him and a small blue) and pooping normal (no white stringy poop).
I'm hoping that he will eat alone in the bucket. If he does, I'll keep him there for a bit to get his weight back. Assuming all that happens, I'm not sure what I'll do...

I would say try rotifers, brine, garlic, have you tried lrs or rods?
