I can’t decide if I want to run 2 Continuous power heads one on each end. Or 1 wave maker on the opposite side of the overflow. My return is split into 2 heads in the center of the tank. Opinions and thoughts would be much appreciated.

I honestly think it's just a preference. IMO, two power heads give you redundancy as well as you can point them in different directions eliminating deadspots! Anything wrong with the two you already have on there? If there is room, I would make sure you have space between your aquascape and the back wall.

I picked up a cheapo from Petco to keep my water moving till I figured out what I really want. And the other one is from my nano. Still waiting for my return pump to show up. There’s a lot of options out there to pick from. Just looking for personal experience.

I have a 75g with 2 returns the same as you. My returns are split into 2 and are only used to disturb the surface .. gas exchange.
I run 4 x MP10s and it's just enough to keep my SPS happy and my sand almost clean.

Good luck with your decision

You can't see all 4 pumps in the pic but you can see the surface agitation

New pics for you to see my flow/clean sand

Lighting is not the best as my lights are at 50% in these pics, and I set my camera low to remove glare.

Good enough to showcase pumps and flow with rocks
