Back in the day I was the certified Health, and Safety member. My manager loved to go to what here is the Electrical Safety Authority web page and print off warnings about Electrical , and Electronic devices appliances made in China. They forge UL stickers or simply don't test them. So beware
Even the OEM ones though. It's rare to get one that just says "hey dummy, this is the power brick for your LED fixture."

Diy is gonna be the key to this at semi reasonable pricing... I've ran a few Din mount 10-15a 24vdc power supplies and just used a LOT of male/female dc adapters to power devices. It's all about money and skill set on this one.

Dc buddy from @theatrus IMHO is a reasonable option.

I'd rock a kraken if I was in the hydros ecosystem, as it's fairly stupid proof plug and play.

I did this several years ago. It’s under by basement stairs, for my lights. Has enough room for six power supplies. Right now there isn’t a need for a cooling fan, but I’m sure I will need one, when I go to six.

That's cool. Do you have a parts list / voltages used?

Another Question , and if you did not see my post A sincere thank you for the effort. Without reading how does the power supply charge up? I assume through electrical connection. Therefore if you are using it constantly which I assume I am understanding this . If there is a power outage how much operational time do you have left?
The station is always plugged in the wall. It functions like an old school computer UPS, just with modern batteries, circuitry, ports etc.

It will run my return pump for 50+ hours in an outage.

And this one is only 530wh I also have ones that are 1100wh and just got a 2.1kwh (2100 wh)

Every tank will get a setup like this.

If power goes out, it cuts to battery power in .01 seconds. When power comes back, it switches back to ac power and begins recharging itself automatically

If you read the first post in that thread that @theatrus created, there is a link for it. Click that link. Where it talks about documentation.

Thanks for the reply. When I went to investigate them the designation LifeP04 referred to the battery type which is superior and safer

Powerstation is cool, but overkill for me personally as I already have a whole house generator.

I want one but have a Yamaha portable E 2000. You can link them and double the output. But would not want to set it up even though you get 8 hours off a tank of fuel under full load. Obviously you have a better setup. However I think he was looking at saving power more than anything. Although maybe cleaning up all the wires by eliminating the convertors would make my wife happy. What is it with them hating wires? I tell her to quit looking at it lol. Does not go over very well.

I am one of those "eliminate wires club" members. The dang power bricks are just messy to deal with. It's a wonderful combination of giant power brick and short cables.

I currently use a 900W / 1500 VA APC power supply. I have a FORD F150 Lightning so if I ever have a power outage i just needed my UPS to last long enough for me to plug my extension cord into the trucks outlets and restore power. I believe when I calculated the max runtime on the battery backup it was around 14 minutes.

On the "SURGE" side of the UPS I have one return pump, my light and my wavemaker

On the "BATTERY BACKUP" side of the UPS I have one return pump and my heater.

Thanks @naps but we are not chatting about UPSs here, more powerbrick consolisation into single outputs.

OH! Okay got it. That's actually more of my wheelhouse. I am a building automations programmer for low voltage controls and before that i was a journeyman low voltage controls installer! My entire life revolves around low voltage and automation. I love this idea!

Would love your feedback and ideas. I am trying to consolidate as much equipment as possible, the 12v, 24v, 32v and 36v devices are slowly driving me mad :-)
