Hello,
I have a Doris nudibranch coming in soon however my fish may be infected with flukes. Here are my following questions.
1. Does Prazipro kill nudibranchs, anemones, urchins etc?
2. Is it okay to dose Prazipro if there is no infection, dosing more as a safeguard?
3. How much oxygen depletion does this stuff do? Is it serious?
4. Do I do a water change after dosage.
5. How long does it take for flukes to kill a royal gramma/any fish really.
Thanks

Take the fish out and put in a QT tank. 10 gallon with tank water, a heater and a HOB filter. Dose your prazi here (you’ll save a lot on med costs, less water volume). I have two of the same setup to quickly setup same day if I find issues. Great for antibiotic treatment or new fish copper treatments.

Im unsure if I can get a QT setup in time. The infection came from an anthias that has decreased. Stringy poop and not eating. Now my royal gramma is showing the same signs when it comes to eating and its activity has slightly decreased. I guess I should observe longer however it is showing symptoms of flukes. If I dont use a QT what happens?

At the same time the gramma will retreat with any kind of movement from me in the tank. She's hiding in the exact same cave as my anthias.

Nudibranchs may become stressed but should not kill them. Biggest risk is Bristleworms which will be affected. Turn off skimmer if you have one at least first 48 hours

The problem with prazipro is that it uses a glycol solvent. Bacteria then decomposes that and it uses up a lot of oxygen. Always add good aeration and keep any skimmer running (just don’t collect the skimnate).
I’ve never heard of any issues with prazi and nudibranches, but I’ve never dosed them myself. The other inverts you listed are fine. Do you have a food lined up for the Dorid?

Here is an article/thread I posted on using prazi:

As for the dorid it'll be eating aptasia from what I've heard. Luckily it's not in yet. It'll be a few days before. Gramma got worse today, no eating just hiding. How long do you think I have before she dies?

Day 2 of no eating by the Gramma. Dosed prazi pro today. No foaming at top. White liquid. Normal?
@Jay Hemdal

Prazipro should be a clear viscous liquid, when it goes stale, it looks sort of pink and clear. I’m not sure what it means if it is white - it will turn white when added to seawater, but shouldn’t be white in the bottle.

Not feeding is not a normal symptom of flukes until a fish is close to death.

It was white when added to the tank. It's clear in the bottle. The fish in question is showing heavy signs of aggression towards my wrasse. Royal Gramma ate usually peaceful. And one of my new clownfish is running up against the glass and having pacing behavior. Am I having a tank crash?

I've got two videos of aggression. And the pacing behavior coming in a second.

I don’t think so, just ensure there is good aeration (not just circulation).

I've got my skimmer running with no cup and my filter.

Aggression.PacingIgnore the hammer in the video. He's mad because I brushed over him. Also the aptasia will be going away soon as well.
@Jay Hemdal
The video links didn't go through one second.
