PRIME 16 HD

I have a single prime 16hd 8.5" above my bio cube 32 it is mainly a torch tank with some softies. Would anyone be able to guide me in the right direction for a good light schedule or at least one i can start with and slowly adjust? This light came with little help and im scared to blast my coral with too much par and they all die.

One fixture is a little underpowered for that size tank so I would keep it at 100%.

I ran 2 on my 18" nano cube.
First 4 channels 100%. The rest 50%.
This setting will grow anything you want.
You can always add another later.
