Problems dosing base elements core 7 3a & 3b

Hi guys, looking for some help.

I’m struggling to dose the above mainly because the mixed solution is crystallising in the container and it seems the tubes??

Followed the instructions step by step, I have soaked my tubes in warm water but think it’s also turned solid in the dosing pump?

Has anyone else come across this and what’s the possible solution? I’ve mixed it up again but obviously no joy as it’s blocked the pump!

By warming the 7a and 7b the crystals will melt. It doesn't take a lot of heat. Some people soak the bottle in warm water. I have microwaved it for sort periods of time. Be careful, not too long.
