1-3 days to respond. This is why I didn’t even want to submit a ticket. I will have gone on to Hydros by the time they get back to me. Beyond frustrating.

I think a productive step is to know what some of these terms mean. Can someone define these or differentiate between being connected locally and on WiFi? When I turn on the profilux the green WiFi light comes on so why am I not able to connect my device? I have to go to my available networks and select p4 hotspot in order to connect.

We will try to solve this problem

Is the green light on?

Connect with your hotspot through a browser - ip adress in the black marking- Do you see this webpage

Your message refers to the automatic message sent when the ticket is opened I suppose:
"Dear customer,
we have received your ticket and would like to thank you for writing to us. A member of the GHL team will get back to you shortly.
While we aim to reply within 1 business day, please allow up to 3 business days for first response during very high workload."

This is only indicative.

About Wifi front LEDs:
Green led is ON when P4 is connected to you network.
Yellow led is ON when you are connected to P4 hotspot.
Blinking = network activity.

I saw that webpage last night but was unable this morning when I tried with the IP address. In doing that, should I be able to connect by IP address while I’m on my home WiFi?
I am at work so not about to actively pursue this at the moment

but yes when I power on the controller the green light does comeon

When you are 7 hours later than me - its 5:45 pm here now - it means that I probably sleep when you come home from work

Did you follow the process yesterday and do you have a myGHL account?

Sincerely Lasse

Same with the GHL app. I followed all the instructions and when I clock on either p4 hotspot or p4 home, I still can not connect.

Lasse, in the above images, where you can see the devices, that’s on the app. Where they’re not showing up is on the myghl site

Right. Didn’t work for me
It's normal, it's not the right way to do it.
"Add device" is only for adding a local connection to a device.
To add a device to myGHL there are 2 ways:
-> Connect locally to the device (but not via hotspot), go to the system page and click on "add this device to myGHL"
-> click on the add a device button on the site https://myghl.com

Of course, the ProfiLux must be connected to your home Wifi network and the GHLConnect application must be connected to your myGHL account (in the app options)
