Programming Kessil A360we tuna blue Spectral X controller - HELP!

So, made the jump from AI's to Kessil's - A360WE, on the currently set up, for a year now, on the 90 (gal) - have been trying to program, but having no luck, emailed Kessil, so far no reply - I don't do any of the "technical install / program stuff, that is BF job! I do the research / learning / shopping ... He cannot get it to run anything except the Default program, and I / we want the dusk / dawn, lunar, storms, etc. stuff to work.
I did find where there was a firmware update available for the controller, which I downloaded to the pc, but have no idea how to get it onto the controller, or if it even applies ( I assume it's with a usb cord transfer somehow ). All the items are NEW purchases, so have not been previously programmed.
We are gonna need to know bcuz we also have another set of A120we that will be used on the 75 (gal) that is underway, and has their own controller too.
BF is telling me he does not think the WE's will do all the pretty things I want it to ... which if that is the case I will be SEVERELY BENT bcuz they were NOT ( as y'all kno!) inexpensive lights! Thanx in advance for advice / assistance!

Hello @hizbaby I run a Kessil 360WE and used to run the X controller. Your bf is correct in that you can't do some of the functions you would like, ie lunar, storm. You can configure a profile for ramp and assign color and intensity thru the controller and assign those settings. Do you mean A160 instead of A120? You can daisy chain them but those don't have the feature you were looking for.

The video that @Peace River linked shows how to configure the controller. I believe I used that one or a very similar when I had it. Also check out BRS video on the A360 which shows intensity, color, height and par information. I found the video very helpful to set mine.

Anyknow why my A360W wont power up my Kessil X Controller? The only way i got it to work was by using the USB to power it on.
