Day 4 - cupramine 0.4
Day 5 - cupramine 0.5

That schedule will work... you can actually even ramp up your copper gate in about 3 days as well... just watch the fish closely for distress. Some don't even ramp up the copper anymore and do straight into therapeutic levels... but i haven't tried that fast yet personally.

Clowns are susceptible to Brooklynella. Instead of treating with only PraziPro, you could use General Cure which has PraziPro in it plus Metrodonizole to help with Brook.

I don't use Formalin in a prophylactic quarantine. It's a carcinogen so the less contact with it, the better. It is useful with define active disease physically and visually present, though.

I like to keep an airstone going during quarantine to help with oxygen exchange... especially when using antibiotics... but i run it during the entire time.

You can also run straight Metrodonizole by itself if you can get that in your area.
