Question about elegance coral

Hey all, ive been puzzling over this for a long time now and it funally occured to me to post here i have 2 elegance coral in my tank one ive had for almost 2 years the other about a year an ahalf, yet they look totally different, could it be the location of origin ? Here is a pic of both of them, can anyone explain this to me ?

hi ,yes def two different types of elegant coral,would recommend taking out of pvc ,let her open more ,looks to be scrunched in pic :) happy reefing
