Below is my ICP. When I used my Hanna Checker my RODI shows .09 straight out of my last resin. My display is 0.12. For comparisons, my last ICP from 30 days ago was 1.25. I have Capricorn going now. But, I’m thinking this is really not that much of a deal? Thoughts? On to my next chemistry question… next post (yes it’s about my crazy high nutrients…)

Hanna checker for low levels of copper is unreliable, and you are just the latest of many to confirm that. it's only useful for medication levels, not ensuring low levels in a reef tank. Note that the Hanna is giving ppm (mg/L), not ug/L. Big unit difference from ICP.

I see 3 ug/L copper in the tank ICP (not a big deal, IMO) and none detected in the RO/DI water. No copper concerns, IMO.

Thank you Randy.
