So I have some Zoas in one of my tank and for some reason all of the Zoas on frag rack always look unhappy. There is some Green Hair Algae growth on them (and possible Dinos) still not 100% sure.

My plan was to do a peroxide dip of 50% tank water 50% peroxide 3% for 5 minutes. (Is this strong enough? I do not want to introduce any algae as the tank is very fresh & clean) I don’t have any coral dips on hand but will this kill off possible pests too before introducing the zoas to my new tank.

Even though the Zoas on my frag wrack have not been fully open they have had decent growth which is strange.

Also what is the best coral drip people use nowadays. I bought one before but it was only a single use 💀

That seems to be a much lower concentration then most have recommended for Zoas.

I have seen people recommend doing a 100% peroxide dip for 2 minutes or a 50% dip for 5 minutes but at 350 ML vs 1 liter isn’t that only a 25% dip. I honestly would rather be 100% sure that no algae gets into the tank.
No you 100% can do it any way you want especially with zoas I’ve just never measured it out. Usually probably 4-1 water to peroxide or 50-50 you can also do multiple dips over the course of a few days too
