So I am getting a 75g tank and I love the look of LED just not the price LOL anyway I am thinking I like the spotlight one the par38's? How many would I need for a standard 75g tank? I will supplement more than likely with another type of lighting as well. I plan to only keep LPS and softies as SPS are not my favorite anyhow other than maybe a monti or two.

dood just go with the evolution LED's!! you will spend almost as much with the par38's because you will need so many to have the light spread. i have 3 of the 120 watter's going over my custom tank and cant wait to get it going!!!!!!!

2 of them and you could grow anything with no probs!!

+1 on two Evolutions

The PAR 38 is ambiguous its just a size of fixture. Just posted some fuge pics on our forum

The Evil PAR is great for small nano tanks but you would need 6.
