Question on leds

any one using this type of leds and what's your feed back?

I use one of these over my frag tank. Its a great all around light in my opinion. Easy to program, good amount of light, and its a good looking fixture.

Probably need two for a 24" x 24" area. Any specific reason for the interest in this light over other units.

@ kschweer have you seen any change in corals? and how long do they last?

Mine have been running for a while. Got it used from a local reefer that used it for 2 years and I have had it 2 years. I have not noticed many changes to my corals except some LPS mainly acans seem to turn more orange under most leds. My personal preference and what I run on my display tank is t5. I will probably replace this light with a t5 fixture eventually but that's just my personal preference.

I just want to save some money on bulbs I tough trying some leds would work I guess it's a 1+ for t5s

I ran T5's for 5yrs. Bought my first LED unit this year. I'll never run T5's again. I love the control, the versatility, and NO more bulb purchases.
