As with any big launch, there are still a few things we’re working on—and we want your help to make the app even better! If you’ve run into a bug, or if you have a feature suggestion that would improve your experience, this is the place to let us know.

Here’s how it works:
Drop a comment below with any bugs, issues, or feature ideas. We’ll be using this thread to create internal support tickets for our developer team. While we likely won’t respond to each post here, rest assured that every report is being reviewed and tracked on our end for resolution.

Helpful Tip:
If possible, please include a screenshot or video of the issue, as well as a link to the specific thread or page where it occurred. These details help our developers identify and address the problem much faster!

Not sure if its a feature that I have not found yet, but I like going through the "unanswered" tag to answer questions. Don't think I found a good way to do that

I’m not sure what in the app is causing it, but when I’m scrolling it will randomly pause/stop media from playing. I have to go back to my music app and resume it manually.

Certain subforums (RM and RS) in the videography forum are not browsable, only searchable. I will be posting in the main videography forum for future videos.

I do like the idea that reaction scores are not visible. Imo, that shouldn’t be a metric of any weight anyway.

One bug and one suggestion

Bug- iPhone 14 Pro Max. When sometimes switching back into the app from another app I keep 1 second only burst of static noise or sound like tank gurgle.

Suggestion - personal opinion but not a fan of when you go to comment it creates new chat window and that you are not able to scroll back up to see other comments. Makes it’s a bit difficult to remember all that you’re trying to response too.

I like reaction scores actually. It’s a great metric for popularity but also shows who puts out meaningful posts. When I see someone with 800 messages and 550 reactions, it signals troll or pointless posts for me. It’s not perfect but I do like it

That’s a good point. I honestly couldn’t tell you how many of mine are actually from helpful posts though. I welcome new members and joke around with gifs, which tends to get more reactions, though I’m not trying to add any more. Same with badges, lol!

I just don’t want my willingness to participate like that (often silly posts) to be used as something to judge me on seriously in a reaction score. It can be very misleading in certain cases like mine.

Yes, it’s not perfect by any means but I personally use it as a gauge. Just another data point to decide if the person I’m reading or talking to is worth my time

Here is something odd:

I quoted Matt but it shows me quoting myself and not Matt. The top is my original post he quoted, then under it is his reply, and then my post. It should have cut my original post out and only quoted his reply

Was going to post something similar. A lot of post people have replied back on on top of another persons comment just shows the clownfish logo.

New bug. My app started doesn’t open the right post now. If I click on a post it’s opening the post exactly two away in the sort or

Seems that when you upload pics it’s will sometimes rotate them and there’s no way to change that.

There’s also no way to edit existing posts from the app.

I may be dumb, but is there no way to jump to unread on the app? If there’s not, I would definitely hope to see it eventually, my memory is really bad and I can’t trust myself to remember what page(s) I left off on

Okay I’m new and slightly below average intelligence so these might not be bugs at all:

1) I’m unsure of how to locate my posts. I know how to find my threads on my profile but in the threads with a lot of posts I can’t seem to find my own.

2) The “Latest” category threads have a time at the top right that is inconsistent with the time that the thread was actually posted. For example it’ll say 10 seconds ago in the “Latest” category but then I open it and the post is actually several hours old. Perhaps it’s like YouTube where you get a delayed notification for uploaded videos? (I haven’t checked the other categories)

3) When I try to edit my profile pic, it doesn’t crop to the area that I want it to crop to. As in it’ll just use the entire photo.

4) Sometime I won’t get the “Expand quote” button and both the original comment and the reply will get cut off. I took a screenshot of what I mean.

1. I miss this Menu button from website. It was really handy. Helpful to navigate.

2. The Search engine on here isn’t working for me with anything I type.

3. It wont let me follow anyone on the App but it lets me on Website.


I will say the app is so much more faster than website. Love the interface, Ease of access to post, Marketplace, and messages on main screen is very convenient. Posting on here is way better.
