I can’t login to the app. I request to ipdate password and the check never goes into the captcha box. If I hit send then it notifies me that I didn’t check the box. X out of that message and the box is immediately checked but I never receive the email.

Tried to recreate this, but it's working for me.

Is there a way to get the app working on my phone? I forgot my password and never receive the reset email. Post in the app thread but just crickets b

Did you get this taken care of? If not, shoot me a DM and I'll try to help with a manual reset.

Alerts --> click on one --> doesn't always go directly to the post the alert was about.

In my last example, alert is about a new post in a thread I'm watching but when I click on that alert, it jumps to an earlier reply in the same thread.
*not bad so file this under "nitpicky" (low priority)

Thanks! We are checking this, but so far we haven't been able to recreate the problem (it seems to be working in all of the tests we're running), so please let us know if this happens again. If you can include a video, that would possibly help us isolate the problem.

Feature request that I've thought about but feel like might be too much to track:
"Recently Viewed" posts.

*kind of like Account --> "Your content" but for posts (or threads) that you've recently viewed as opposed to posts you've recently made

Use case = I was reading something yesterday but now can't find it.

Cool idea! We're adding this to the list as a possible feature to add down the road (got a few things like edits and polls in front of it though)

Apparently we can't upload pictures from the app?

I haven't been successful in any of my attempts u less I go to the web

You should be able to upload pictures. That's a pretty basic function that we definitely want to be sure is working for you. Is this still something you are experiencing?

I noticed that when you use quotes it doesn’t list the original users name at top of quote. Makes it a “mystery “ quote.

I'm unclear where this is occurring. If you can upload a video of the issue, that will help us see what's going on.

Also, the “view quotes” should be changed to “view pics”

I'm not sure where you are seeing "view quotes". I'm looking but not finding it. Could you send over a screenshot or maybe explain how you're finding this?

So this should technically be happening, but it won't sync between app and other browsers. It's similar to using Chrome and Safari--if you view a thread in one of those browsers and then switch to the other, it won't take you to the most recently read post. So...if you read a thread on the app, and then later go back to the same thread, it should take you back to where you were in the app before. HTH

I just did a little test with this. What you said is correct, but if you view a thread in app, then immediately close the app, it doesn’t save your progress. You have to navigate back to another menu. Also, it returns you to the top of the most recently viewed page, not at the last post.

Sometimes pictures won’t show up.

I think this is a known issue we have with tables in the app. Tables have been a real challenge and are still on the list because of the formatting difficulties they raise. However, we are working on it.

Also I tried to post this with the app but when k selected the picture I wanted to post ot doesn’t give me a “done” or “add” button or anything and I just get stuck in a screen where you select the pictures you want to upload . Here’s an example of pictures not loading

Can you possibly upload a video showing how this is occurring? We've tried to recreate the issue, but we're not finding issues with uploading images so far. The video would help isolate the issue (I hope).

When I try to add limited photos from my phone library the text at bottom of screen is white against a white background. I can see some text is there but can’t read it. It selects and deselects.

Hey guys, I'm unsure of what the issue is here. If either of you could upload a video of the problem occurring, that would definitely help us with trying to figure this out. Thanks!

So, are you saying that if you view a thread in the app, close the app, and then reopen the app and go back into the thread, it isn't taking you to the most recently viewed post?

Are you saying that if you view a thread in the app, close the app, and then reopen the app, it doesn't take you right back to the thread, but instead takes you to the "Latest" feed?

Just trying to be sure I understand the issue.

You have to navigate back to another menu.

When you say it returns you to the top of the most recently viewed page rather than the last post, I think you mean that the app is tracking the last page you viewed in a thread, but not the last post viewed, is that correct?

Ok so the image is uploading. i see it in the web app. It isn't showing on the app, but the issue wasn't the image upload. I think we found a bug having to do with quotes within quotes.

Previously it would just give me the thinking bubbles and stay like that forever, never posting it
