So I have the app that notifies me when there's a new message and other stuff how do I stop the email notifications? I don't need a email and a app notification. Lol

I think you have to do that from a computer or your phones browser. Go into your profile settings here and change the option.

Just says turn off notifications. Won't that be all of them?

This is what should be changed. It's under general settings.

Once in the APP, open settings, then go to Notifications, there should be severla boxes for you to either check or uncheck for those notifications, such as Subscribed Topics, Subscribed Forum, Private Messages, Quoted Posts, Mentioned Me, unchecking any of those boxes and you will not receive a notification.
