Thank you for your help here!Hey everyone!
Speaking specifically about the timeout we just experienced, when the daily email goes out, it tends to slow things down a bit for several minutes. The timing of the emails varies depending on the day, so members may experience this temporary timeout at any time, from morning to later in the evening. There is certainly something that needs to be looked into.
Regarding the other issues, we'd appreciate it if anyone who notices a recurring issue submits a Help Request so that we can investigate it! Thanks!
Guys, am I seriously the only one who still has a problem with R2R taking extremely long to load pages? @AlyciaMarie should I do a help request? This is beyond frustrating!!Regarding the other issues, we'd appreciate it if anyone who notices a recurring issue submits a Help Request so that we can investigate it! Thanks!
Nah itās been lagging the last couple weeks every so often and I got a time out like 5 min ago..Guys, am I seriously the only one who still has a problem with R2R taking extremely long to load pages? @AlyciaMarie should I do a help request? This is beyond frustrating!!
For me, every day I experience R2R taking forever to load pages. It's not all the time, but it is literally many, many times throughout any given day where it takes a solid minute or more just to load a page. "Liking" posts also takes forever. Most often, a page will take forever to load and then it eventually does, but sometimes it times out and I get a Cloudfare error page saying there's something wrong with the host server(s) (R2R's side).
This is only happening when I'm on R2R, all other websites load quickly, and will happily load even while I'm waiting on an R2R page to load. It happens on my Mac and Windows computers, as well as on my iPhone using Safari.
I'd really like to know if I'm the only one because we went with a new ISP several months ago, and it's never worked well for us. We finally had another tech out last week that seems to have fixed it. We are now getting the near 1000 Mbps we're supposed to be getting, yet R2R is still giving me a problem.
Thank you for your help!

Thank you for the reassurance! I did not think it was the fault of the R2R staff, but something is up, and it's driving me nuts lol!No. You're not the only one.
The host is absolutely terrible and this is par for the course. It's not the admins here or anything like that.
Yeah, it's the hosting company. This is not the only forum this happens to.Thank you for the reassurance! I did not think it was the fault of the R2R staff, but something is up, and it's driving me nuts lol!

It's probably frightened of your saber skillsbeen fine for me

It would seem some of the hamsters have fallen off the wheel. I do hope this is something that can be fixed at some point, it's really frustrating when I'm trying to get my R2R onYeah, it's the hosting company. This is not the only forum this happens to.
When I left that industry 8 years ago, a lot of these hosting companies would hire literally any meatball off the street because they were cheap.
