So I had my LEDs on my 29 gal biocube for 3 days and my corals are happy and no sighns of bleaching. So can I raise the corals higher?

Depends.
What lights did you have before?
What lights do you have now?

What percentage are you running the lights on?

I would wait longer so they can acclimate and then move them up a little at a time.

I would wait a little longer.
You didn't mention what kind of corals, or how high off the water the leds are.
Plus how many leds, or wattage.

Agreed, its going to take a few weeks to get them up in the tank where you want them. Raise em up once a week, just a bit.

When I acclimate my coral to new lighting I generally do it over a months time if not longer. Every week or so I bring the coral up slightly. If I notice any adverse effects from the move I pull it back down. Listen to the coral. It will tell you how fast you can move it up.
