OK i will try those tests and buy an airstone today
would i be good to add meds now just incase of the gill disease
also the blenny is new (got it 2weeks ago) and i believe very young, but seems to be eating fine, but ill check that thread out
thank for all the help
If the CO2 is high what would the solution be
also i should mention my set up is without a sump, i use a canister filter

High carbon dioxide and/or low dissolved oxygen can both be corrected by good aeration. Protein skimmers do that fairly well, so if you have on on the main portion of the tank, additional aeration may not help. If you don't have one, with no sump, you may have this issue.

Its a Fluval 207 with
  • Bio-Foam Max
  • Bio-Foam
  • Carbon 70 g
  • Quick-Clear
  • Bio-Foam+
  • Bio-Max
and im also using a UV filter connected to the fluval 207

This is one reason I don't like canisters. They are not very good at aerating the tank( and are essentially recirculating garbing cans that are a pain to empty). If you don't have a wavemaker/powerhead, I would highly recommend getting one (or a second one)

Good, that rules out a gas exchange issue (although I've never seen 10 ppm oxygen in a marine aquarium, your test may be reading high).

I would consider addding a second pointing upwards to the surface if possible
