So I went out and bought 3 hermits to help catch any food the clowns or nassarius snail misses and 2 of them are doing great they have made it all the way to the top of my highest rock and are picking at the rock I'm assuming eating the algae or other food on the live rock. One has not moved at all, my question is how long do I leave him alone before removing him from the tank? Or do I not remove?

Are his antennas moving? If so, leave him be, let him come around. If not, then he might be dead and I guess you should remove him
Well I removed the shell last week I found what was left of him poking out of one of my caves this morning.
