Red slime algae or Purple Coralline algae

Can somebody tell me is this Red slime
Algae or Purple Coraline alagae please help !
and if it is red slime algae how to get rid of it ?
Can i clean the rock inside the tank ? I mean rub it and clean it

Looks like Cyano to me. Does it blow of easily with a baster? If it does blow it all of the rocks and siphon it out while doing a water change. Check your parameters to make sure your nutrient level aren’t to high to feed the Cyano.

I've always used Chemiclean to kill it. Never had any adverse reactions with using it(can't say the same about Vibrant).

They aren't coralline.
You can spot dosing with H2O2 to check whether it's cyano.

This looks to me like hair algae and coraline algae. Coraline algae is beneficial to your tank!
