RedSea DC Skimmers coming Wrong Parts

Picked up one of RedSea's new DC Skimmers and finally got it setup only to notice that it came with the completely wrong lid that can't be used with the leveling sensors. Ended up posting on Facebook and apparently there are multiple people that have a mixture of the issue with these skimmers with several other reports of getting the completely wrong pump. I reached out to RedSea and got an initial reply, but haven't seen anything else other than asking for my proof of purchase in the last two days so I'm not hopeful that the skimmer will be up and running before Monday given shipping times. Super frustrating honestly given the price of equipment.

Anyone here is running across the same thing?
