bought me a reeffactoey dosing pump when the dealer said this was very good. discovers that it loses internet signal daily, now just before it was supposed to dose it lost internet access, it then did not dose. this is a mega-problem and the whole purpose is gone. others who have discovered this believe that I have read that it should dose even if it loses internet access, but that does not seem to be the case

This is extremely frustrating and one of the reasons why I got rid of all my Reef Factory equipment. It simply isnt as polished, tried and tested as it looks to be! It is not all about appearance sadly..

It did make it slightly better for me when I installed a wired WiFi extender in my cabinet but ultimately I sold it all and bought myself what I should have bought in the first place; a Neptune Apex.

Plugged in to a LAN port in my router- and I never looked back..
