Which release of reef-pi did you install?
@Cal_stir this is not a reef-pi issue I think. There are many things strange I am seeing in the javascript console errors that you have posted. The errors messages (404) are benign, but the warning messages (react createClass etc) are not supposed to be there. I am not able to reproduce this, hence dont know how to proceed next. For reference, you said you are using google chrome running on windows? Can you share which version of chrome and windows you are using?
I dont have access to a windows machine. I have only mac and linux. reef-pi should work flawlessly on both latest chrome and firefox
If you can share details around your setup, I might be able to reproduce it, and then fix it.

Can you gents please post a photo of the circuit you made that steps the gpio voltage up to the 12v for the adj block? I plan to make a dual circuit for this so I can add a 2nd one down the road for a total of 16 power circuit

Also have anyone done LED indicators for the channels?

Check adafruit guides on how to use them, here is the brief rundown
1. Gpio will be connected to the input channels of uln2803
2. 12v positive on the common pin of uln2803
3. Each output channel of uln2803 will be connected to one data pin of the db9 connector (these are blue male header pins at the bottom row in photo )
4. Pi, 12v and uln2803 will be connected to the same ground
5. Db9 connectors ground pin will be connected to 12v positive as well (yup it’s opposite )

Thank you. Do you have pin layout from the db9? Ie... 1-8

Here is my box-o-saltwater.

Very nice tank.
I dont have a wiring diagram for the db9 connector, but this should give you a fare idea (photo taken from the amazon list, db9 connector)

GND is wired to 12v, and all other pins (8 of them) are connected to one output of the uln2803 each.
So, from uln2803 side, if you use this diagram, pin 1->8 GPIO, pin 9 GND, pin 10 12v , pin 11->18 db9 connector. 12v also goes to GND pin of db9 connector. Does that make sense now?

Ok. I got that part. But outlets 1-8 of the ADJ bar. What pin#s do those equate to?

Does pin1 connect to outlet 1 or 8 or 5 in order of the bar?

I can't recall exactly, during the build, when I tested my setup I just named the pins as outlets O1->O8 and also put labels on the powerstrip (O1 -> O8). Since I always test each of the outlets individually (to check if wiring/relay etc working as expected) this has never been a problem (i.e. the mapping is setup during the test process)

I'm curious as well :-/
I tried going headless but couldn't get it to work so I started fresh again, I reflashed the sd card with raspian stretch, and booted with hdmi, setup the wifi, I updated raspian and set the locale and turned on all the interfaces except the camera.
I downloaded and installed reef-pi-1.5-pi3.deb and this is what I got.

Capture 4.PNG Capture 3.PNG
But I can't change the password.
I am using firefox.
Now I am going to upgrade to 2.0.0-alpha-0/reef-pi-2.0.0-alpha-0-pi3.deb

Ok, now I have formatted a different sd card and followed the same procedure but this time downloaded and installed 2.0.0-alpha-0/reef-pi-2.0.0-alpha-0-pi3.deb from the pi UI and got this.
