I ordered from Reef Pro back on Nov 13. And though there was some difficulty, miscommunication and frustration on shipping the order out — both on their part and UPS forgetting about the package for 1-day — I received surprisingly healthy fish that had been in the bag for nearly 48 hours, all still alive.
Our phone conversations started off well, but by the third time I had called to ensure shipment, it felt like I was being a bit of a nuisance they didn’t want to talk to yet again.
Would I order from them again? Yes.
