I'm not getting any push notifications when someone replies to a thread that I am watching using the REEF2REEF iOS app. I've enabled all the notifications in the app.

Anyone have any ideas?

#mods...any ideas. I'm not an iOS app user so can't be of any help.

Not much help here! I've had this issue for 3 months though. I have to use the Tapatalk app. Can't use r2r app at all anymore. I have complained when it first started. It seemed that I was the only one with the problem so it still isn't fixed. There were a few others with the same issue but I believe there issue got resolved with reinstalling app, etc.

Mine always says I have notifications but.. when I go to notifications on the r2r app it states there are none.

I've upgraded from iPhone 6s Plus to iPhone 7 plus also since the issue started and it's still not working for me.

If u figure it out let me no plz! I've seriously had this issue for 3 months

I have the same issue. No push notifications. But when I open the app they are there. All notifications set to on.

They don't pop up for me, but that's because of my iOS settings. If I open the notifications tab, I can see my current notifications. I'm using an iPhone 7+ running iOS 10.3.2

They pop up for me on r2r app and tapatalk but when I go to them on the r2r app there not there

Same issue here! Don't get any notifications. Running iPhone 7 plus with latest software

The R2R iOS app is a re-skinned Tapatalk iOS app.

Tapatalk iOS app does gets R2R notifications.

This issue still stands for me. Any ideas?

I'll just say this... It's going to be difficult, if not impossible, to get the same functionality out of the R2R app & Tapatalk that you'll get by logging directly into the site. The developers of the software we use (Xenforo) have their hands tied because they are not privy to the code used to write third-party software. So, that makes it difficult to fix compatibility issues.

Push notification for R2R works perfectly with the Tapatalk app. Isn't R2R app just a re-skinned Tapatalk app?
