So after 4 days of no power from the record cold front we got here in south Texas. I finally get power restored today at noon after running on a generator since Sunday at 3am. Was fortunate enough to not lose any fish. I did lose two lower end sps . Hopefully I don’t lose any more in the next few days due to stress. Temperature got down to 63 for three days and then up to 69 for one day after I bought another heater. Currently at 72 and climbing. Allot of people were not as fortunate.

That’s good to hear man. It was definitely a stressful time. I had to work late everyday. I work at a power plant and have had allot of stress with this weather then come home and go on a hunt for gas every night. My brother in law was staying at my in-laws across the street so he was able to keep an eye on my generator and tank. If not for him I would have surely lost everything.
