Reefbreeder LED Program the time?

Hoping someone can provide a tad of support here... I have the hand held device for the reefbreeders and can program my lights. BUT I can't seem to figure out HOW to change the time it thinks it is? For example due to being turned off for water changes my light thinks it is 10:00pm and they start powering down and it is really only 7:00pm.

How do I set the reefbreeder TIME to be accurate so illumination happens when I can watch my fish.

My constant playing around is driving my fish nuts!
