Reefer 350 and Reef breeder Photon V2

All, I'm battles some bleaching issues and I'm not sure if lighting or levels. I know my Ph runs a little low 8.05ish most of the time, but everything else is pretty much good. The bleaching has been slow, so I think my lights are too low. Of those running a Photon V2 on a reefer or similar depth, what do your lights max out at?

Lights currently set at max of 45 for blues and 30 for whites... working to increase the blues to 60.

This is our green Monte... I think its the one that has seen the most color loss.

Ca: 500 ppm - Per Red Sea Test Kit
MG - 2700 ppm - Per Red Sea Test Kit (Did not know it was that high)
NO3: .5 ppm - Per Red Sea Test Kit
PO4: .04 ppm - Per Red Sea Test Kit

I'd say that's it cal alk and mag supa high. Really just ca and mag but the problem I see with high alk is the low nitrate number. Those lights are pretty strong to. So basically what's probably happening and just a guess is with the bright lights and high alk they're basically not getting enough food "nitrate" for the growth that's trying to happen. I'd prob lower the white lights and work on dropping those numbers and just see what happens. Do it all slowly though. Maybe someone else will chime in and see what they think.
