After exchanging several e-mails with Chris from ReefKoi.com on Sunday night, I went ahead and placed an order with him. I have seen his set-up in person a few times but never ordered from him. I have ordered from a few other places (sponsors on this forum) and Chris did the best job packing wise by far. Also, he told me yesterday just prior to shipping that one of the Chalice's I ordered wasn't looking too healthy. He gave me an option of a refund on that portion or a replacement. I told him to surprise me. No complaints at all :D. He shipped yesterday and I received the box this morning around 10am.
