Is that a really good skimmer because I just setup a new tank and it's cycling and it has a sump and this is my first tank with a sump and I've always had hob stuff and I always bought reef octopus skimmer so does this kind skim good

I would say so. Lots of people on the forum use it. It has a relatively small footprint in your suml. Might "starter" skimmer to start off with before upgrading.
