Refugium lighting UV discussion

Hello everyone!
I recently bought a cheap grow light fixture online and I was wondering what UV lights do in a led-fixture like this, and if they might be harmful. Does anybody know more about this topic? Thank you!

UV at this frequency is barely UV. It will add to photosynthesis, and offers no sterilization.

I personally run a good chunk of 385nm diodes over my display tank.

Most of us have uv lights over our aquariums. It just helps with photosynthesis:)
