I wouldn't laugh at the Little Debbie line. Way back in the late 90's when I was cranking out miles driving OTR like Michael Jordon was winning rings with the Bulls. I lived on a diet of Little Deb beef jerky diet dew and if I had time I would grab a Subway sandwich from time to time. My normal week was between 5-6K miles a week OTR yeah I know you can't run that hard legally solo well according to my carrier I had a teammate. I ran 15 hour days 6 days a week and slept on the 7th. This was my normal week out to Needles CA relay my load is less than 48 hours turn right around head back to Salem IL in less than 48 hours again then go back to Needles and sleep the 7th day. On other weeks it was Salem to Reno NV as fast as I could get there. Heck I was on a first name basis with half the pit bosses at Boomtown in Reno. This should tell you something when I developed my epilepsy after a car accident I was driving my truck on my run to Reno. Well I ended up at the Reno Hospital. My mother saw they were having an all you could eat lobster buffet the day I got out of the hospital. I had enough points on my players card at the casino the 4 of us my parents and my ex and I all ate for FREE.

I have been avoiding sugars and doing 45 mins of cardio every day myself. After working out i smell amonia. Turns out it is normal as your body burns amino acids for energy since there is no glucose. Go figure. And I thought I was dying lol.

I honestly didn't mean to betray him. I thought he saw me making them the night before. I was also the one that cooked them and he knows I don't cook meat. I thought it was a little odd that he said to me "you should have told me they were ready, I would have cooked them". It was with the first bite he realized why I hadn't asked him to cook them.

My brother and I are always posting pictures of our food on Facebook. It's an ongoing joke with us. We eat VERY differently. He's also the soft sensitive type and I'm the cynical sarcastic type, but the one this we have in common is we love to joke with each other. No matter how different we are, we have great laughter between us. So, I post a picture of my BBQ Black Bean Burger and he has a picture of this monstrosity.... evidently it's called a "Two grill cheese with a burger in the middle"!! The lettuce doesn't even look like it wants to be near it.
