Replacing individual diodes ghl mitra

Hey I’m just wondering if it’s possible to replace some LED diodes in my ghl mitra lx6100hv. A few of the blues are burnt out, and they discontinued making replacement pucks. They seem to be common Cree LEDs, so can I solder new diodes in?

Yes it's possible but prob not real easy w/out proper equipment and skill.

It is I'm actually in process or replacing some
I have tested on one of hv and did work
I have some replacement leds on the way will see how it will work
And yes you do need some equipment to do it as aluminium plate that they are sitting on need to be heat up
